Currently on the stand -- sleep expert Dr. Nadar Kamangar continues his testimony from yesterday ... insisting a good doctor would never cave to a patient's drug demands.

The prosecution is down to their last witness ... then Dr. Conrad Murray will FINALLY get his chance to fight back ... unleashing his lawyers to blast open some holes in the manslaughter case against him.

The final prosecution witness is Propofol expert, Dr. Steven Shafer -- who is expected to testify that Murray was criminally negligent in the way he treated Michael Jackson ... and his sloppy care cost MJ his life.

Attualmente presso lo stand - l' esperto Dr. Nadar Kamangar continua la sua testimonianza di ieri ... insistendo sul fatto un buon medico non si sarebbe mai prestato alle richieste di droga del paziente.

Sleep Expert -- Dr. Nader Kamangar Testifies, Day 2



Dr. Kamangar took the stand again today to continue his testimony, insisting he would never cave to a patient's drug demands.

* Kamangar told defense attorney Michael Flanagan the drugs MJ took were a "recipe for disaster," saying the cocktail of meds caused MJ death.
* He called Murray's failure to chart "an egregious violation" and a contributing factor in the singer's death.
* Kamangar told defense lawyers MJ seemed to have clear signs of insomnia triggered by "secondary causes" such as anxiety or drug addiction.
* Kamangar says Murray should have ruled out other possible problems that could have caused MJ's insomnia before loading him up with a boatful of drugs.
* He said the first thing that Murray should have done was to do a "sleep diary" to figure out what the sleep patterns are.
* Flanagan asked Kamangar about a study showing Propofol is safe to use for insomnia. Kamangar said the study was done in a monitored area after secondary problems have been ruled out ... he insisted it's incomprehensible to use Propofol at home.
* Kamangar said using Lorazepam to treat insomnia is inappropriate.
* Kamangar told Flanagan that -- based on the transcripts from the police interview -- he believed Murray gave MJ 25 mg of Propofol PLUS an additional unspecified amount through an IV drip on June 25.
* Kamanger said Murray subjected MJ to an experiment by giving him Propofol to treat his insomnia.

Il Dr. Kamangar ha preso la parola anche oggi per continuare la sua testimonianza, insistendo sul fatto che non avrebbe mai ceduto alle richieste di droga del paziente.

* Kamangar ha detto all'avvocato difensore Michael Flanagan che i farmaci che MJ ha preso erano una "ricetta per il disastro", dicendo che il cocktail di medicinali ha causato la morte di MJ.
* Ha chiamato fallimento Murray di tracciare "una violazione di abnormi" e un fattore che contribuisce alla morte del cantante.
* Kamangar ha detto agli avvocati della difesa che MJ sembrava avere chiari segni di insonnia innescato da "cause secondarie" come ansia o la dipendenza di droga.

1013_mj_murray_witness Anesthesiologist Dr. Steven Shafer -- a leading Propofol expert who is expected to testify that Murray was criminally negligent in the way he treated Michael Jackson -- just took the stand.

* Shafer told prosecutors he was hired by the company that makes Propofol 20 years ago, to help figure out the correct dosing for the drug.

Judge Pastor just broke for the weekend due to a scheduling conflict. Dr. Shafer's testimony will resume Monday morning.

Dr. Steven Shafer - uno dei maggiori esperti di Propofol dovrebbe testimoniare che Murray è stato criminalmente negligente nel modo nel trattamento di Michael Jackson - appena ha preso la parola.

* Shafer ha detto ai pubblici ministeri che è stato assunto dalla ditta che produce Propofol 20 anni fa, per aiutare a capire il corretto dosaggio del farmaco.

Giudice Pastor ha appena sospeso per il fine settimana a causa di un conflitto di programmazione. Testimonianza Dr. Shafer riprenderà Lunedi mattina.
