Bob Johnson -- Medical Equipment Expert Testifies



The guy who manufactures the medical device that Dr. Conrad Murray allegedly snapped onto Michael Jackson's finger -- after Alberto Alvarez called 911 -- claims it was the wrong device to monitor MJ.

It's called a pulse oximeter -- and Bob Johnson of Nonin Medical Equipment testified today ... Murray was using the wrong model for the job.

Bob claims the model Murray used to monitor MJ had no alarm -- so if anything went wrong, Murray wouldn't know.

Dr. Conrad Murray's former patient Robert Russell testified today ... he felt like Murray abandoned him when the doctor suddenly closed his Las Vegas practice to care for Michael Jackson.

Russell claims Murray operated on him twice in March and April 2009 to install several stents in his heart after he suffered a heart attack -- and Russell was pleased with the results.

But Russell claims it went downhill from there -- when Murray canceled two follow-up appointments in June 2009.

Russell claims Murray finally called and left a voicemail at 11:49 AM on June 25th -- about 30 minutes before Alberto Alvarez dialed 911-- explaining he would be leaving the country (listen below).

After Murray canceled the appointments, Russell claims he never saw the doctor again

Richard Senneff - Firefighter/Paramedic #1 Testifies



One of the paramedics who rushed to save Michael Jackson's life at 100 N. Carolwood Drive just took the stand.
* Senneff said 911 call came in at 12:22 pm. He arrived at MJ's house 4 minutes later.
* When he walked into the room, he saw Murray, MJ and the bodyguard.
* Senneff said Michael was wearing PJs and seemed underweight.
* MJ was being moved to the floor as Senneff walked in. He said Murray was "frantic."
* He noticed an IV stand with an IV bag hanging on it.
* He asked Murray what the patient's underlying health condition was three times before Murray said there was none.
* He said that didn't make any sense... there was an IV stand in the room and other equipment.
* When he asked what medications he was taking, Murray told him he wasn't take him anything... then said he did give him a little Lorazepam.
* At that point the other paramedic, Martin Blount, successfully performed an intubation on MJ.
* Senneff says there were too many inconsistencies with Murray's account... MJ was too cold to the touch and it seemed like there was some underlying condition.
* Right as they were about to give up, Dr. Murray said he felt a pulse in the right side of MJ's groin.
* But when Senneff looked at the monitor all he saw was movement conistent with CPR.
* Senneff ordered everyone to stop CPR to see if there was in fact a pulse and the monitor, again, showed a flatline.
* He then checked again to see if there was a pulse. There was none.
* The Jury listened to a call Senneff made to the hospital at 12:57 describing all unsuccessful efforts to revive. The dispatcher calls time of death but Senneff tells the dispatcher, Murray wants to continue the efforts to revive MJ.
* Paramedics then transported Michael on a backboard down the stairs and into the ambulance.
* When Senneff goes back upstairs to retrieve his equipment, he sees Murray picking up items off the floor.
* Senneff continued giving MJ adrenaline to try and jump start his heart but nothing work. He says he saw no sign of life in MJ at any point during the 47 minutes he was with MJ.
* At no point during that time did Murray ever mention the word Propofol.
* Prosecutors make it clear Murray called 911 at 12:20 -- a full 2 minutes before it was transferred to Senneff's station.
* Senneff told prosecutors, when he first saw MJ he was so thin, his ribs were sticking out.

* A quel punto l'altro paramedico, Martin Blount, con successo ha effettuato una intubazione su MJ.
* Senneff dice che ci sono state anche molte incongruenze con l'account di Murray ... MJ era troppo freddo al tatto e sembrava che non ci fosse una condizione di base.7
* Quando erano sul punto di cedere, il Dott. Murray ha detto di aver sentito un impulso nella parte destra dell'inguine di MJ.
* Ma quando Senneff ha guardato il monitor non vide altro che il movimento conistent con RCP.
* Senneff ha ordinato a tutti di smettere la CPR per vedere se vi era infatti un impulso e il monitor, ancora una volta, ha mostrato una linea piatta.
* Ha poi verificato di nuovo per vedere se c'era un impulso. Non c'era niente.
* I livelli di zucchero nel sangue hanno mostrato nessun cambiamento nello stato di MJ.
* La Giuria ha ascoltato una chiamata di Senneff fatto in ospedale alle 12:57 per descrivere tutti gli sforzi infruttuosi fatti per rianimarlo. Il dispatcher dichiara il momento della morte, ma Senneff dice il dispatcher, Murray vuole continuare gli sforzi per rianimare MJ.
* I paramedici poi trasportato Michael su una barella giù per le scale e dentro l'ambulanza.
* Quando Senneff risale al piano di sopra per recuperare il suo equipaggiamento, vede Murray raccogliere oggetti da terra.
* Senneff ha continuato a dare a MJ adrenalina per cercare di far ripartire il suo cuore, ma non ha funziona niente. Lui dice di non aver visto alcun segno di vita in MJ in qualsiasi momento durante i 47 minuti che è stato con MJ.

* I procuratori chiariscono che Murray ha chiamato il 911 alle 12:20 - 2 minuti prima del trasferimento alla stazione di Senneff.
* Senneff detto ai pubblici ministeri, quando ha visto la prima volta MJ era così magro, le costole erano fuori.

The second paramedic who rushed to resuscitate Michael Jackson on June 25th 2009 just took the stand.




In case you missed it -- Richard Senneff, the other paramedic, claimed they could have saved MJ's life if Dr. Conrad Murray had called 911 sooner. Senneff also claimed Murray never mentioned Propofol while they desperately tried to restart MJ's heart.
* Blount said when he entered the room he immediately knew it was Michael Jackson. He said Murray was "flushed, sweating profusely, agitated." He was yelling, "He needs help! Can you help him please?"
* Blount said he thought MJ was already dead.
* He said Murray told paramedics MJ had no underlying condition and wasn't taking any medications. When asked about the IV bag, Murray said he was giving MJ normal saline (salt water) because he was dehydrated after a 16-hour rehearsal.
* An alarm just sounded in the courtroom. Apparently some kid accidentally pulled the alarm. The judge jokingly said, don't worry if it were real, I'd be the first one out... he got a good laugh from the audience.

* Blount ha detto che quando è entrato nella stanza ha subito capito che era Michael Jackson. Ha detto che Murray era "rosso in viso, sudato, agitato." Urlava: "Ha bisogno di aiuto! Puoi aiutarlo per favore?"
* Blount ha detto che pensava che MJ era già morto.
* Ha detto che Murray ha detto ai paramedici che MJ non aveva condizioni di base e non era abituato a prendere qualsiasi farmaco. Alla domanda sul sacchetto IV, Murray ha detto che stava dando MJ soluzione fisiologica (acqua salata) perché era disidratato dopo 16 ore di prove.
* Un allarme ha suonato solo in aula. A quanto pare un ragazzino accidentalmente ha tirato l'allarme. Il giudice ha detto scherzando, non vi preoccupate se fosse vero, sarei stato il primo ad andare fuori ... ha ottenuto una bella risata del pubblico.

. Rochelle Cooper -- the attending ER doc who first treated Jackson when he arrived in the hospital
* She said by the time MJ arrived to the ER he had already been down for at least 40 minutes... which meant he was already dead.
So she made the call to pronounce him dead at 12:57 pm.
* When Cooper asked Murray what had happened, he told her he thought MJ was "dehydrated" because he was working hard.
* When she asked him what medications he had given him, Murray told her he had given him 4 mg of Lorazepam ... no other drugs were mentioned.
* She then asked if there were any other drugs MJ usually took, Murray said Flomax -- for enlarged prostate -- and Valium. Again ... no mention of Propofol.

* Ha detto che nel momento in MJ è arrivato al pronto soccorso era già stato giù per almeno 40 minuti ... il che significava che era già morto.
Così ha fatto la chiamata e ne ha pronunciato morto alle ore 12:57.
* Quando Cooper ha chiesto cosa fosse successo, le disse che pensava MJ era "disidratato", perché stava lavorando duro.
* Quando lei gli chiese che farmaci che gli aveva dato, Murray, le disse che aveva dato 4 mg di Lorazepam ... altri farmaci non sono stati citati.
* Ha poi chiesto se ci fossero altre droghe che MJ solitamente prendeva, Murray ha detto Flomax - per ingrossamento della prostata - e Valium. Ancora una volta ... alcuna menzione di Propofol.
