FULHAM FAN FURY OVER MICHAEL JACKSON TRIBUTES




FULHAM FC have scored an own goal by flogging bizarre Wacko Jacko merchandise.

The Fulham club shop is selling weird tributes to the dead singer, using the slogan Michael At The Cottage.


Fans can buy Michael Jackson-themed novelties featuring a logo of the star’s famous black hat on top of the club badge.


But some said the gear made a “mockery” of the football club’s 131-year history.


Chairman Mohamed Al Fayed, 78, who was a close friend of the singer, has already unveiled a statue of Jacko outside Premier League Fulham’s Craven Cottage ground in west London.


Now T-shirts, mugs, umbrellas, books and keyrings are on sale, and one of the shirts shows a picture of Jacko with Al Fayed, priced £16.99.


In April, Al Fayed came under fire from fans after telling them to “go to hell” for criticising the statue. And one said yesterday: “I thought the statue was bad, but this takes it to another level.


“We are going to be the laughing stock of the Premier League next season for selling this rubbish. It looks so tacky.”


Another said: “We are already getting stick about the statue and it’s only going to get worse.


“It is embarrassing. Jacko has nothing to do with our football club. We have had players here that are far more worthy of having their faces on T-shirts.”


Jackson came to one Fulham game as a guest of Al Fayed in 1999.


Fans are mystified why he should be honoured in the same way as legend Johnny Haynes, who spend 18 years at the club and scored 147 goals.


After unveiling the statue in April, Al Fayed blasted: “Why is it bizarre? Football fans love it.”

"Stiamo per essere lo zimbello della Premier League la prossima stagione per la vendita di questa spazzatura. Sembra così di cattivo gusto. "
Un altro ha detto: "Stiamo già ricevendo insulti per la statua ora andremo solo a peggiorare.

"E 'imbarazzante. Jackson non ha nulla a che fare con la nostra squadra di calcio. Abbiamo avuto giocatori che qui sono molto più degni di avere la faccia su una T-shirt. "

Jackson fu ospite di Al Fayed al Fulham nel 1999.

I tifosi sono disorientati perché dovrebbe essere onorato nello stesso modo la leggenda Johnny Haynes, che ha trascorso 18 anni al club e ha segnato 147 gol.

LaToya Jackson Says She Felt Michael’s Presence After His Death

Two years after his death LaToya Jackson says she has felt her brother Michael’s presence and “it’s a good feeling.” In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com LaToya detailed her experience with Michael’s spirit and how it felt.
“I have felt his presence. You feel someone in the room and it’s amazing. It’s a good feeling,” she said, saying that while she didn’t actually see Michael she felt him.
Michael Jackson passed away on June 25, 2009 and his sister said she was at his house shortly after his death.
“The lights started blinking off and on and I said ‘Michael is that you?’” LaToya recalled. “I said ok, if that’s you I want you to blink the lights a certain amount of times and it happens and it stops and I kind of felt that his presence was still there because I could feel it.”
LaToya is the author of the new book Starting Over where she writes about her family, her abusive relationship with her ex and the new beginnings she’s had.

Due anni dopo la sua morte LaToya Jackson dice di aver sentito la presenza di suo fratello Michael ed "è una bella sensazione". In un' intervista esclusiva con RadarOnline.com LaToya racconta la sua esperienza con lo spirito di Michael e di come si sentiva.
"Ho sentito la sua presenza. Ho sentito qualcuno nella stanza, ed è sorprendente. E' una bella sensazione", ha detto, dicendo che mentre lei in realtà non lo vedeva, lo sentiva.
Michael Jackson è morto il 25 giugno 2009 e sua sorella ha detto che era a casa sua poco dopo la sua morte.
"Le luci hanno iniziato a lampeggiare e poi spegnerso e ho detto 'Michael sei tu??'" LaToya ha ricordato. "Ho detto ok, se sei tu voglio che lampeggi le luci più volte ed è successo e non si fermavano, la sua presenza era lì ed io potevo sentirlo".
LaToya è l'autrice del nuovo libro Starting Over dove scrive sulla sua famiglia, il suo rapporto violento con il suo ex e il nuovo inizio che ha avuto.
