A Los Angeles, il 23 gennaio 1993, in occasione della sua partecipazione al XXVII Super Bowl, Michael Jackson annuncia la creazione di un nuovo programma della Heal The World, il cui scopo è di portare aiuto ai bambini svantaggiati d'America, sostenuto in questo sforzo dall' ex presidente, Jimmy Carter
