Del nuovo materiale è stato recentemente protetto da copyright dall'estate di MJ. Il suo nome è "If You've Got It, Bring It". La parte più interessante è che il copyright è stato registrato come Optimum Productions Inc., che era la società di produzione dei video di MJ.

Inoltre sempre secondo il blogger sono state depositate anche nuove canzoni:

MJ ha registrato "For The World" con Theron Feemster nel 2009 a Los Angeles e "All In Your Name" con Barry Gibb nel 2003, nella sua casa di Miami.

Così come altre due canzoni sono state registrate recentemente con i titoli di "Beatbox 2010" e "Shut Up And Dance". Entrambi i brani sono stati registrati con Eric Kirkland e Prince Michael Durham nel 2009.
