Rebbie Jackson on Murray Case: It’s Been a Living Nightmare
The 60-year-old singer, who has kept a lower profile than most of her relatives, said the loss of Michael was “devastating.” “It’s been like a living nightmare, to be very honest,” Rebbie, who helped raise her brother, admitted on U.S. TV’s The View.
When asked about Dr Conrad Murray, she replied: “I have faith in the judicial system and we are going to find out the truth with everything in these few weeks.”
Asked if when she looks at Conrad she feels like she is looking at her brother’s killer she paused before admitting: “Yes I do. I do. But I want the truth to come out.”
She said her mother Katherine “seems to be holding on”, adding: “My mum has a very strong constitution — she knows what she wants to do and she’s doing it just fine.”

La cantante di 60 anni, che ha mantenuto un profilo più basso rispetto alla maggior parte dei suoi parenti, ha detto che la perdita di Michael è stata "devastante". "E 'stato come un incubo, ad essere molto onesta", Rebbie, che ha contribuito a rialzare suo fratello, ha ammesso in U.S. TV il suo punto di vista.
Quando le è stato chiesto del dottor Conrad Murray, ha risposto: "Ho fiducia nel sistema giudiziario e stiamo andando a scoprire la verità con tutto il resto in queste poche settimane."
Alla domanda se quando guarda Conrad si sente come se stesse guardando l’assassino di suo fratello fece una pausa prima di ammettere: "Sì. Si. Ma io voglio che la verità venga fuori ".
Ha detto che sua madre Katherine "sembra tenersi su", aggiungendo: "Mia mamma ha una costituzione molto forte - sa quello che vuole fare e quello che sta facendo è bene."
