MJ self-administered drugs, claims Dr. Conrad Murray
Washington, June 30: Michael Jackson's personal physician has revealed that the pop star had self-administered the drugs that eventually resulted into his death.
Dr. Conrad Murray has asked a judge to withdraw the wrongful death lawsuit that was filed by the 'Thriller' singer's father, Joe, and claimed that Jackson was responsible for his own death, reports Contactmusic.
Papers filed by lawyers of Murray claimed that Jackson had been taking the drug without the doctor's knowledge, and on the unfortunate day he 'clandestinely self-administered or self-injected such medications'.
According to the papers, Jackson must be held 'comparatively responsible for his own death'.
Dr. Murray's filing also claimed that Jackson had been visiting other doctors who had given him the medication. Murray said that the 'Leave me Alone' star had failed to provide him his full medical history, or a detailed account of which medications he had resorted to.
The 'King of Pop' died of acute Propofol intoxication in June 2009 while under Murray's care at his Los Angeles home.

Il medico personale di Michael Jackson ha rivelato che la pop star si era auto-somministrato dei farmaci che alla fine lo hanno portato alla morte.
Secondo i rapporti da Contactmusic i legali di Murray hanno depositato nuovi documenti in cui hanno dichiarato che Jackson stava prendendo alcuni farmaci senza la conoscenza del medico, e il giorno sfortunato il cantante, di nascosto, si auto-somministrò o auto-iniettatò tali farmaci'.
Secondo le carte, 'Jackson si deve ritenere responsabile della sua morte'.
La presentazione del Dott. Murray ha inoltre affermato che Jackson era stato visitato da altri medici che gli avevano prescritto i farmaci. Murray riferisce che la star gli disse 'Lasciami in pace' perchè non gli aveva fornito la sua storia medica completa, o un resoconto dettagliato di quali farmaci stava prendendo.
Il 'Re del Pop' è morto per intossicazione acuta da Propofol nel giugno del 2009 mentre era sotto la cura di Murray nella sua casa di Los Angeles.
